1.during the quality guarantee period
We supply the maintenance free in charge during the one-year quality guarantee period, if the damage is by the man-made activities; we onlyask the material expense without any other expense.
2.after the quality guarantee
After the quality guarantee period, we can still supply the service if customer requires, and we could sign the maintenance contract according to the customer situation, and we will supply the timely, excellent, credible, and overall service.
3.aperiodical inspect
We will inspect our products aperiodically without informing the customer, and we will follow the entire potential question and inform the customer timely.
4.the corresponding time for maintenance.
Four hours we will arrive at site since we receive the requirement by the customer.
Forty-eight hours arrive at site when in outside province.
And the maintenance will continue without stop until the whole work is finished.
5.promise and expectation
We promise all the customers the timely service, supplying the excellent quality products to all our customers is our goal. We expect the customer to give the suggestion so that we could enhance our products and service.
