Material Property：
◆ Choosing fine galvanized steel plate, SS plate or woodiness material etc;
◆ Filling soundproofing materials in door cavity, and the material capacity is controlled among 50-100kg/m3.
◆ Seal strips are installed around the door and special hardware fittings are used, which guarantees soundproofing effect of the door.
◆ Door body thickness is determined by required soundproofing index. The usual soundproofing indexes are 30dB, 40dB, 50dB, 60dB, 70dB, 80dB, 90dB, 100dB.
◆ Door overall dimension and open manner is determined by the customer’s requirements.
◆ For high soundproofing door, the two-way gate can be chosen.
